We track Kalshi and Polymarket prices in Spanish, and we verify country by country whether people can actually access them — against the regulator's own document, with the date of each check published next to the claim.
English-language coverage of prediction markets is crowded. Spanish-language coverage is not. What exists is either shallow translation or thin affiliate pages.
Meanwhile the regulatory situation across Spanish-speaking markets moved fast during 2026: Spain and Brazil have ordered both platforms blocked, and Argentina and Colombia have done so for Polymarket. Most of it was reported once, in English, in May 2026, and never updated since.
We separate two questions that are almost always conflated: whether the platform accepts users from a country, which is a private decision by the company, and whether the state allows access, which is a decision by a regulator or a judge. They can have opposite answers, and in Spain they do.
Every access claim carries the document it rests on and the date it was checked. Where we could not verify something, we say so rather than filling the gap.
